Luscombe 8A

The Luscombe 8A featured on this site is N-2212K. It was built by Luscombe in their Texas Factory on March 27, 1947. Serial # 4939.

Photo shows Luscombe soon after rebuild was started.

As of end of February 2002 the aircraft has flown 100 hours since rebuild, this is with no problems associated with the rebuild. The propeller was changed from a cruise to climb pitch to allow operation at the 6700 foot elevation that is operated at.
